Cancellation Policy
Should you need to amend your appointment, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests received at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking, subject to availability. Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will incur a £150 fee. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation & rescheduling policy.
